Within &AETHER, there are additional ways of attending to these less visible dimensions of experience.
They are used where they offer something useful — another perspective, another point of access, another way of seeing what may not yet be fully apparent.

Symbolic systemsASTROLOGICAL TIMING
Astrological timing, as used within &AETHER, is not treated as prediction. It is a symbolic system through which we can consider the particular themes and qualities of a given period — why certain questions may feel more present now, and what the moment might be bringing into focus.
Used alongside psychological inquiry, it offers another lens through which to understand a transition. It doesn’t tell you what to do. It introduces another perspective from which to see what is already unfolding.
Hypnotic workSubconscious integration
Some things are understood before they are fully integrated.
Within &AETHER, bespoke hypnotic recordings can be used to extend the work beyond the conversation. Each is created individually around the themes, patterns and language that emerge through our work together.
Using hypnotic language, imagery and suggestion, the recording offers another way of engaging with what has surfaced — beyond the limits of conscious reflection alone.
It’s yours to return to over time, allowing the work to continue between sessions and deepen in ways that may not happen through conversation alone.

Private session + bespoke hypnotic recording — £1,500
A focused 60-minute private session followed by a bespoke hypnotic recording created specifically around the shift you’re navigating.
The session allows us to explore what is present — a decision, transition, recurring pattern or internal shift — and identify the deeper themes the recording will be built around.
Following the session, I create your recording individually. Its language, structure and focus emerge from the work we have done together.
Once delivered, the recording is yours to return to regularly as the work continues to unfold.
WITHIN PRIVATE WORK
The Invisible Layer can also form part of longer engagements within &AETHER, where astrological timing, hypnotic work and other intuitive or symbolic approaches may be brought into the work when relevant.
They are not applied as a formula. What we use depends on what you bring, what emerges, and what offers a useful way of seeing further.
